SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver Brunswick Billiards products only to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO boxes.

Factory pick-ups are not available.

Shipment of all pool tables and shuffleboard tables will be handled by a local Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer, which includes on-site delivery and installation in the room of your choice.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping of Pool Tables and Shuffleboard Tables:

If you live within 50 miles of your closest participating Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer:

  • Professional delivery and installation by an installation team from a Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer is $300 for all pool tables and shuffleboard tables on the Brunswick website.

In the rare event that you do not reside within a 50-mile radius of a Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer, a delivery charge of $50 for every additional 50 miles outside of the 50-mile radius will apply. If you are unsure of the distance to your closest Brunswick authorized dealer, see our “Find a Dealer” menu on the left side of our website, or contact us at brunswickservice@brunswickbilliards.com.

Shipping for Accessories, Furniture, Air Hockey, and Foosball:

  • Any Brunswick Billiards product that can be shipped via UPS, and is NOT purchased in conjunction with an item that requires professional delivery and installation, will be shipped directly to your home or business via UPS using the applicable UPS rates.
  • If any accessory is purchased along with a pool table or shuffleboard, and the accessory does NOT require professional delivery and installation, delivery of the accessory is complimentary.
  • If a Cue Rack is purchased without the purchase of a product that does NOT require professional delivery and installation and cannot be shipped via UPS due to size, a $75 delivery charge will apply.
  • If the items below are NOT purchased in conjunction with an item that requires professional delivery and installation, it will be shipped directly to your home or business via AIT Worldwide Logistics.  They will call prior to "threshold" delivery and some assembly will be required by customer.  The freight fees are:
    • Foosball Table, Air-Hockey Table or Table Tennis - $150
    • Bar or Poker Table and 4 Chairs - $150
    • Back Bar, Poker Table Only, Pub Table and 2 Pub Table Chairs - $75
    • Table Tennis Conversion Top - $75
    • Player’s Chair, Pub Table, Pub Table Chair, Poker Table Chair, or Barstool - $30 per piece

TIMING

For orders that do not require professional delivery and installation and that can be shipped UPS or AIT:

We will ship your order within 5 - 7 business days from time of placing your order. 

For billiard tables and shuffleboard tables that require professional delivery and installation:

In most cases, your table can be delivered to you within 30 days of placing your order. Should additional time be required for final delivery and installation, Brunswick or a representative from your local Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer will provide written notice to you. Brunswick Billiards partners with only the best specialty billiards retailers to ensure a positive shopping experience

A representative from your local Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time. You will receive a written “Installation Date Confirmation” via fax or e-mail from the dealer notifying you of your agreed delivery date and time. On the agreed delivery day, the dealer will deliver the product to your home and set up the product to your satisfaction in the room of your choice.

If you have not received a call from your Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer after 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at brunswickservice@brunswickbilliards.com.

NOTICE: Due to the high volume during the holiday season, from November 1 – January 31, your pool table or furniture item may take up to 3 weeks longer for delivery and installation. Brunswick Billiards or your local Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer will provide written notice to you should there be a delay (longer than 30 days) in delivery and installation. Please contact us at brunswickservice@brunswickbilliards.com. if you have any specific questions about the timing of the delivery of a pool table or shuffleboard table in your area.

After your products are installed, you will be asked by the Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer to sign a “Delivery & Installation Confirmation Form”. This verifies that the Brunswick Billiards authorized dealer has delivered and installed your products to your satisfaction and completes the order process.

Due to liability issues, your Brunswick Billiard authorized dealer may deliver but may not install a wall cue rack, back bar, or a pool table light.

HOW TO ORDER

You can place an order through our On-Line Store by the using the following process:

  • After selecting an item that you would like to purchase, simply click on the ADD TO CART button for that particular item.
  • The item will be added to your shopping cart and you can proceed through the checkout process.
  • Online orders are secured by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Absolutely no phone orders will be accepted.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

We do not offer any installment plans at this time.

SALES TAX

Your Brunswick Billiards on-line purchase includes sales tax. The sales tax amount is based on the purchaser’s delivery address. Because Brunswick Billiards does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, BrunswickBilliards.com also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate.

PROMOTIONS

From time to time, we offer special promotions. To receive the promotional discount when ordering online, simply enter your Promotion Code Number at the bottom of the payment info screen in the checkout process. The discount amount will be deducted from the total sales price. You will have the opportunity to review the discounted price prior to finalizing your order. When ordering by phone, provide the Promotion Code Number to the Customer Service representative.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Please see the “Shipping Policy” area of the Shopping Cart for more information regarding delivery methods, shipping costs, and timing of your delivery and installation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Day Your Order Is Placed

You may cancel your order at no charge before we process the order. If the order is placed on a business day, Brunswick will process each business day’s orders at any time before 3:00 p.m. on the following business day. All orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed by 3:00 p.m. the following Tuesday. All orders submitted on a holiday will be processed by 3:00 p.m. on the second business day following the holiday. You must submit a written request to brunswickservice@brunswickbilliards.com to cancel your order on the day your order is placed. To contact us and determine whether or not your order has been processed, please send an e-mail to brunswickservice@brunswickbilliards.com.

After your order has been processed, but before your product is shipped via UPS or shipped to the Brunswick dealer or received by the Brunswick dealer:

If the order has been processed, but before the product is shipped via UPS or to the Brunswick dealer, the customer may still cancel their order. However, a 10% restocking fee will apply in addition to any crating charges incurred, if any. To cancel, please submit your written cancellation request to brunswickservice@brunswickbilliards.com..

RETURN POLICY

Items delivered via UPS or via Professional Delivery & Installation can be returned to Brunswick Billiards at the buyer’s expense. A 10% restocking fee will apply to each return. Each returned item must be received in new, saleable condition and in it’s original, new, saleable packaging.

Assembled pool tables, cue racks, furniture, air hockey, or foosball tables cannot be returned for a refund. Additionally, used products cannot be returned for a refund.

Tax Policy

The applicable sales tax will be added to any purchase on www.brunswickbilliards.com.
