For orders that include a Billiard Table and/or Shuffleboard Table, the estimated overall delivery and professional setup timeline is typically 5-8 weeks from the date of your order.

This White-Glove Service process ensures careful handling and assembly following the steps below:

1. Securing Your Installation Partner
   Approximately 5 Business Days
   Our team identifies and secures a Brunswick-certified partner in your area to manage your white-glove setup.
2. Table Shipment to Local Facility
   7–10 Days After Partner Confirmation
   Your new table ships directly from our warehouse to your Installation Partner's secure, local facility for staging and preparation.
3. Scheduling Your Setup Appointment
   3–5 Weeks After Initial Contact
   Once your table arrives at the local facility, the installation partner will contact you to coordinate and schedule your delivery and setup date. Please note that the final setup date depends on local installer availability, scheduling, and seasonal demand.
4. White-Glove Delivery and Setup
   On Your Scheduled Date
   Your certified Installation Partner handles the delivery, professional assembly, and precise placement of your table with care and expertise.

All Other In-Stock Items
For items ordered alongside or separately from a billiard or shuffleboard table:

Small Accessories (Cues, Chalk, Brushes, etc.)
These items are generally shipped quickly via small parcel service. If your order is placed before 12 PM CT, it ships the same business day. Orders placed after 12 PM CT ship the next business day.

Larger Furniture and Game Tables
Items like game tables (air hockey, foosball, table tennis), spectator chairs, cue racks, and other large accessories are shipped via freight service. These larger items are typically shipped within 5–10 business days from the time of placing your order.

We ensure a seamless experience through our White-Glove Service, managed by a network of certified Brunswick Billiards Installation Partners.

This means you don't have to handle any logistics, heavy lifting, or assembly. Your certified Installation Partner will manage the entire process, including:

• Secure Delivery: Transporting your table from their local staging facility to your home.
• Professional Setup: Assembling the table with care and expertise, and ensuring precise placement in your preferred room.
• Debris Removal: Clearing all packaging and materials once the installation is complete.

We deliver our products to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.

It's recommended to apply shuffleboard wax before every game. The frequency may vary depending on usage, but a light waxing before each game helps maintain a smooth playing surface.

If you notice unevenness, contact a Brunswick Billiards dealer for a level adjustment. It's essential to keep the playing surface as flat as possible for fair gameplay.
