1. Promotion Period/Entry Periods: The Brunswick Billiards Triple Jackpot Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Brunswick Billiards (“Sponsor”). Sweepstakes entry will begin on March 8, 2010 and end on May 31, 2010 (“Entry Period”).

2. How to Enter: During the applicable Entry Period, complete the official entry form on-line at www.brunswickbilliards.com, and complete the information requested in the information fields (full name; complete address [no P.O. Boxes]; ZIP code; daytime phone number, including area code; birth date; and e-mail address, if applicable) (“Entry”). When your Entry is complete, click the area marked “Enter” (once submitted, entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified). Limit one Entry per person. You may enter the Sweepstakes under one name and one e-mail address only and only an e-mail address subscribed and registered in your name. All Sweepstakes entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m., CT, on the final date of each Entry Period, as stated above. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, you hereby agree to receive future offers and promotional communications and/ or mailings from Sponsor. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries by that entrant. 3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Brunswick Corporation and its affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and judging agencies, and their immediate families (parents, spouses, children, siblings, and each of their parents, spouses, children and siblings) and household members whether or not related are not eligible.

4. Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) persons to Las Vegas, Thursday July 15, 2010 through Sunday July 18, 2010, a lesson with Ewa Mataya Laurance and a chance to win $100,000 (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons between a major metropolitan U.S. airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence and the Las Vegas International Airport; one (1) standard room lodging (double occupancy) for three (3) nights at the host hotel for Brunswick in Las Vegas; One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) total cash stipend; One (1) day paid attendance for two (2) persons to the BCA Expo; Maximum two (2) hour lesson with Ewa Mataya Laurance on Friday July 16, 2010; One (1) paid lunch for two (2) persons with Ewa Mataya Laurance following the lesson; Opportunity to win One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), with one (1) Shot (“Shot”), to sink the 9 ball on the break (Grand Prize Winner only to take the Shot), with photos, video, and live stream of the shot from the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), on Friday July 16, 2010 (all rules and regulations for the Shot to be established at the sole discretion and direction of Brunswick Billiards — for the $100,000 shot, the balls will be racked in the traditional 9-ball format: the object balls are racked in a diamond shape, with the 1-ball at the top of the diamond and on the foot spot, the 9-ball in the center of the diamond, and the other balls in random order, racked as tightly as possible); One (1) copy of Ewa Mataya Laurance “Getting Started” DVD; and an Autographed copy of Ewa Mataya Laurance’s “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Pool and Billiards”. Accommodations are subject to availability and will be selected in the discretion of Sponsor. No transfer or substitution of any Grand Prize elements will be permitted. Grand Prize does not include taxes, tips, gratuity, meals, service charges, or any other service or item not specifically described above. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. All travel must be completed on the dates specified above, or else Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: ($2,950) (excluding the potential value of the Shot).

5. Drawings/Odds of Winning: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected within two (2) weeks from the end of each Entry Period in a random drawing (“Drawing”). Non-winning entries will not be carried over into any subsequent drawings, sweepstakes or contests of Brunswick Corporation or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or related entities. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of a Judge selected by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules of the Sweepstakes and the decisions of the Sponsor and Judge. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than one (1) Grand Prize.

6. Restrictions on Grand Prizes: The Grand Prize Winner will be notified by mail and/or telephone (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within seven days of notification. Companions of each Grand Prize Winner (or, if a minor, their parent/legal adult guardian) will be required to execute a Release of Liability and Publicity (except where prohibited by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. In the event of noncompliance, if the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached at the address/telephone number on Grand Prize Winner’s Entry, or if the Grand Prize or Grand Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or is undeliverable for whatever reason beyond the control of Sponsor, that Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected. If any guest of a Grand Prize Winner is a minor, a parent/legal adult guardian must accompany him or her. No transfer or assignment of any Grand Prize (or portion thereof) by any Grand Prize Winner permitted. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred, sold, traded, or refunded. If the Grand Prize, or portion thereof, becomes unavailable or impracticable to award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

7. Grand Prize Taxes: All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

8. Statement of Publicity Rights and Liability Release: Where legal, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes Grand Prize Winner’s permission to use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the World Wide Web, Grand Prize Winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and for trade, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Brunswick Corporation and each of its parent, related affiliated, and subsidiary companies, and each of their officers, directors, agents, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Web site and/or Sweepstakes from any and all actions, claims or liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes, delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Grand Prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activities, including but not limited to, liability for personal injury, bodily injury including, without limitation, wrongful death or disability, damage to property, and damage or loss of any other kind. Sponsor is not responsible for prize quality or utility. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web-site users, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; communications-line failure; theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines; computer online systems, servers, or providers; computer equipment; computer software; or failure of e-mail or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant’s or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials from this Web site or Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Sweepstakes or defraud Sponsor in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.

9. Early Termination of Sweepstakes: If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, due to, without limitation, a force majeure event, infection by computer virus, worm or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, that in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
