Design Patent June 9th, 1911. Manufactured under 22 construction patents awarded from 1900 to 1916.

Carom, Pocket or Combination.

One of our new styles of billiard tables on which we have secured design patent because of originality and simplicity. It is a good medium grade of table that will certainly be very popular.

Stock Sizes: 6 x 12

Wood and Finish: Furnished in either Quarter-sawed oak or handsomely finished mahogany. The oak is finished in our #6 medium or golden color and the mahogany in our regular No. 2 mahogany with white holly inlay, with black border. After being given the ordinary cabinet finish it is hand-rubbed to a dull polish. This can be kept clean more readily than any other furniture finish.

Construction: The massive body of this table is what is known in our factory as the semi-Jumbo frame work, which means that it is unusually heavy and has enormous carrying strength. The top of the side and end sections is 5 in. x 3 3/8 in., with the sides 10 ¼" x 3 ¾", and ends 10 ¼" x 1 ½., veneered and cross veneered both sides, making 13 5/8" complete height. It is also provided with 4 cross stretchers, 9 in. wide by 1 ¾ in. thick, and long stretchers 4 ¼" wide by 1 ¼" thick attached to side frame. Both ends of the stretchers are secured to the reinforcing blocks by 6" bolts, making an extraordinary strong bridge work. The sides are attached to the head blocks formed by the corner legs and secured thereto by ¾" hardwood dowels reinforced by one 8" frame bolt countersunk 5" blocks, glued to the side frames. This table is built in sections and can be taken apart for shipment. The legs, of which there are eight, are 8" square, tongued and grooved compound construction, reinforced by corner blocks, double cross veneered, inside and out, and rigidly built into end frame work of body. The wood construction is all of the very best quality, cabinet made and put together in a most thorough manner. All joints tongued and grooved, strongly doweled and glued firmly together. All mitres absolutely accurate. All corners and edges made perfectly smooth and true.

Cushion Rails: 3 3/8" x 1 ¾" thick. Compound construction built up of various kinds of hardwoods of different grain to give strength and prevent its being affected by climatic changes. Cap rails 1 1/8" thick x 2 7/8". Rosewood top blind rails. Pearl sights. Inlaid metal fancy nameplate. 12 rail bolts on each side and 6 on each end of 6 x 12 table. This table can be furnished with blind rails at a slight additional cost.

Slate Bed: Best quality slate 1 1⁄2 inch thick, five pieces to the set. The joints are made with brass dowels and sockets with no screw holes in playing surface.

Cushions: This table can be furnished with any style Monarch perfect angle cushions.

Pocket Irons: The pocket irons are special style, which are countersunk in the ends of the cushion rails by means of brass sockets. The black cover leathers are reinforced at point of contact, giving extra durability. Best quality trim leathers and fringe are furnished. White linen nets, silk nets and silk fringe will be furnished if desired.

Playing Equipment: The playing equipment furnished with the Regina is as ordered.
